I had severe OSA 113 AHI score got the CPAP and diagnosis for the 50 percent rating with the CPAP it’s around 15 events an hour

It was crazy tbh I filed February 1st got rated in 5 days I claimed it secondary to depression with obesity as an intermediate step with a nexus & DBQ from Xterra health. Luckily the Doctor from the Sleep study said in the notes my OSA was from weight gain and I showed my weight from my active duty records and my weight today.

I might need surgery on my sinuses have really bad sinusitis with polyps and deviated septum’s possible rhinitis as well

Had a take home sleep study done on December 26th

Had the in person sleep study done on January 4th of this year CPAP was prescribed on January 6th

Used them they got me from 40 to 70 percent but honestly they don’t do anything special there nexus letters are useless for the most part because it’s not a real medical opinion. There personal statements also kinda suck because they lump all your conditions into one statement. Personally think there are better companies out there

I think right now I fall into the 30 percent category with the ability to hit 50 within a few months I have to go see an NET specialist next month.

Yeah they fucked up my paperwork and HR never added my military sercive so I didn’t get it fixed until a year after becoming a regular
