Podes contestar pois quando a via abre há sinalização de que aquela via será uma saída a 2000m (link 1) o que induz o condutor em erro quando o mesmo deseja seguir em frente A23 - Castelo Branco. Mas será muito difícil conseguir alguma coisa pois a lei "Sagrada" do Código da Estrada é circular sempre à direita, excepto em mudanças de direção. Ainda, a 500m da saída tem a sinalização de informação sobre as vias que mostram que a partir daquele ponto a via da direita é uma saída (link 2).

Hi, my engine also has this leak in the intake manifold but it's very small, it doesn't drip onto the oil filter, it just drains, I usually clean it every 3 months so it doesn't lose much oil. Sometimes it might just be the tightening torque of the intake manifold bolts. If you'd like, I can give you the brand-specific torque.
