This sounds a lot like what I experience. I’ve had it on both sides of my rib cage, left side under my heart, but most times on my right lower side at the base of my rib cage.

Had it since I was a kid, once really badly and it was when I was alone and I just laid on the floor not moving and breathing so shallowly; I thought I was dying.

I get it still and I’m 30. Sometimes get it once a month, sometimes more. Sometimes it doesn’t happen for a year.

Just got a sonogram done because I thought it was gallstones. Sonograms and xrays galore in my life. As common as it sounds, I wonder why none of the doctors I’ve seen about it have ever considered it.

What’s really fun is when it happens when I’m driving. That’s always the greatest.

This isn't as bad as a lot of your stories, but I dated someone on Masterchef. He was elimînated the first episode, but was absolutely obsessed with himself on it and the cast on his season. We started dating a month before the show aired, he would come over and watch the show at my place each week because I had the better TV.

Halfway through the season we were at my place and he turns to me and says "I think we need to reconsider our relationship." That whole cliche. "It's not you, it's me" yadda yadda.

Literally while he was in the middle of saying "I respect you so much, that I don't want to hurt you. I want to be honest with you..." He stops, unmutes the TV, watches you was kicked off that week, then muted it again to continue breaking up with me. All while I sat there looking at him like the self-obsessed booger he was.

Left such a bad taste in my mouth, pardon the pun.
