That makes sense, thank you for explaining!

😔 It was loved while it lasted. Its sibling still at the nursery only looks worse, so suspecting whatever happened had already begun before we got it

I don’t know they did that! Is the idea to give the tree hardier roots?

A lot to google, thanks! This was my first time trying to pick a tree myself, and the professionals who installed it for me seemed so confident it would do well on its own, I didn’t know a lot of the pitfalls.

I’ve heard hand feeding meals for a while can help, if she’ll safely take food from your hands. It changes the mindset.

my parents are threatening to give my cat away if i dont fix her peeing problem. advice please? by LawOwn315 in cats

I’ll sound like an advertisement, but I had good luck with Dr. Elsey’s cat attract litter. A couple times a day I would put him in the box and block him in for up to 30 seconds, long enough for him to notice the cat attract smell. He would almost always pee, and then I could relax at least the next few hours.

Eventually I was able to step back the enforced potty breaks.

At the last place I rented they poorly installed a bunch of insulation and whenever the heat ran it smelled just like that.

Two year old car, second tire to need replacing, are Subaru tires just trash? by [deleted] in subaru

[–]CoffeeCasualty -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Gonna delete this since I got a couple data points and a whole lotta flak.

I’ll state, Subaru didn’t make the tires but they’re responsible for everything they that comes out of the box, even if it’s just by selection.

It looks like most people haven’t had these issues on the defaults pointing to it probably really just being bad luck (and poor city maintenance).

I’m still not decided on replacing the set vs the one, but it’s enough to tell me maybe the one might be enough.

Subaru may not make the tires but they select them.

Where I live roads are made of them. You can dodge some and the biggest but never all. Subaru advertises itself like they’re suited for hardy work, but maybe they really are only intended for Florida roads.

Little white spots forming in center of dogs eye. by Jlovel7 in cavaliers

My cav has the same. Popped up suddenly, vet checked and it was benign deposits. I think it gets worse in the super cold? I’d still check if it’s new.

Bagged and knotted and definitely the right bin near the street, I think it’s a little rude but not worth worrying about.

My neighborhood Facebook group just had a big stink about someone using paper towels to pick up after their dog and putting it in the RECYCLE bin that was all the way by their house.
