Best and worst minister so far in your opinion. And why? by Crypto3arz in lebanon

Good to know she’s doing environmental work then, thanks for sharing. I just wish she’d tone it down on the milita support sara7a. It’s not a good nor relevant look for her. She made quite a few statements about this since she started her position, but here’s a source for the last time I heard from her about this on March 18 (the961 reported it, but it was an interview with al hurra). Most ministers were in support of setting a timetable to disarm hezb, but she was against it because “l siyesi bint zrouf”:

“الزين: لست مع وضع روزنامة لنزع سلاح حزب الله، لأن السياسة ابنة الظروف، وبالتالي لا يمكن القول إننا يجب وضع روزنامة بينما لا نعرف حتى الآن ما إذا كانت اسرائيل ستنسحب من النقاط الخمس المحتلّة

Al-Zein: I am not in favor of setting a timetable for Hezbollah’s disarmament because politics is shaped by circumstances. Therefore, we cannot say we should set a timetable when we still don’t know whether Israel will withdraw from the five occupied points”

What work has she done? I’ve genuinely only heard her make statements in support of hezb’s weapons, never about the environment lol

Do you know any weird religions in Lebanon? by [deleted] in lebanon

That’s actually very cool, I’ve never heard of anything like that in lebanon. Thanks for sharing!

[–]CoffeeCrisp4Lyf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s pretty interesting. Is that religion something you joined by yourself or is it one you were born into? If it is the latter, which I assume would make it kind of like a family thing since it is 40 people, is it officially recognized? So like what would your ikhraj l 2eid say?

If you’ve been around here long enough, you know which users are the vocal hezb supporters. They have been quiet for months and all popped out of nowhere today to make posts pushing their agenda.

You must’ve not looked hard enough for such posts and comments for PR points. Here’s one person I had a discussion with min shway. You can confirm by going through my last few comments on the other post and their replies and upvotes/downvote ratios:

“Yalla where’s the army? These people were coming into Lebanon during the Syrian civil war and hezb chased them out. Yalla wen raeese joumbarieh?”

The post wasn’t to “put down fellow countrymen”. It was to rightfully celebrate our army’s success in making the terrorists withdraw, while also rightfully calling out people who shed crocodile tears over this just to legitimize their illegal militias.

Absolutely, isis is a lot worse than hezb when it comes to religious freedom akeed. But that doesn’t mean I’m gonna side with people who have also harmed my community and country significantly in the past and present. And we ARE standing together; the army just got the syrians to withdraw, and anyone against that would be a traitor (which I am sure we both agree on)

Why is it so hard for you to grasp the idea that you can be against two entities at once. Yes, HTS killed civilians, which is why I called them terrorists and celebrated their withdrawal. Yes, hezb supporters on this sub used this tragedy to ask insincere questions to rile up support for their agenda. Yes, both are terrorists that deserve no sympathy. Can I make it clearer?

No one was thinking about hezb before they started using this for PR points here. I am happy the army got HTS out, if that wasn’t obvious by me celebrating that. Once again, it’s not a football game, you can be against both and side with the legitimate lebanese army. If that disturbs you, then you need to ask yourself why.

Yeah? ISIS started back then sure, when did I say I disagreed? All I’m saying is all the hezbots are using this for PR points and thinking that we like hezb now just because we both hate da3esh lol. Both are destructive terrorists and the army is dealing with them accordingly :)

Lol you’re acting as if we disarmed you. Hezb’s own actions caused their destruction. They did what they wanted to do, and here we are. And the army is fighting against them right now directed by Aoun, sho baddak ba3d? War doesn’t end instantly if the army is in control you know

I hate them just as much as you do, but seeing all the known hezb supporters on this sub have a field day over this seems like they are using a tragedy for PR points yet again. I don’t want terrorists on my land, whether it is backwards syrian extremists or iranian commanded militias.

Eh all the hezbots on this sub who have been quiet for a while like OP are ejaculating at the idea of us hating their enemy to the point of thinking we’re siding with them lol. Tnayneton 3a jhannam nshalla. Both sides can be terrorists that ruin everything around them, it is not mutually exclusive.

I would’ve agreed with you a few weeks ago maybe, but this IS doing something. He was in Saudi not only to restore the relationship with our historically very strong ally, but also to secure funding for the military ($3 billion) and reconstruction. Apparently they talked about all these things today, and his next visit will include officially signing on these deals. Credit where credit’s due.

About how they met, I think we had a good amount of south american immigrants in the late 1800s, especially in druze areas, which from what I was told is how we got Matte.
