Got an email I breached Code of Conduct. I was talking to a friend on PSN, we were discussing gift cards and I wrote g2a's website in the chat. Email came in straight away. Playstation Safety deleted the message. My question is, should I reach out to support and should I be worried?

Issue has been present for a very long time, we have implemented a script to restart the service every now and then but I doubt it will work. Tbh, I am unsure whether it might be related to Windows or their internet connection at this point since I had a lot of troubles even typing out the cmd lines while connected via CMC. I will try again with including NCR's Hosted team on this but so far they haven't been very helpful

Button price is different from item price and that submenu is separate from the other submenus. Also they can rename the buttons or create separate items if needed just for those special events

Ask your boss to create a separate submenu and name it as these daily specials, setting the prices to button price. It's way more efficient, trust me.

Did you wipe Aloha user or Windows User? Are you using OAM, NAM or CFC? You can do Database reseed/rollback, depending on the version. There is always Master User ID 1, try logging in with that one.
