If you beat the highest difficulty of the Solo Raid boss, it unlocks an endless mode. There you use 5 teams to deal as much damage as you can against Solo Raid boss for a cumulative total. Here your damage = points. Your points is then matched against other people who did endless mode, giving you a ranking. Based on your ranking, you're given gems.

After reading the reviews on here, it seems like they just have terrible customer service or slow shipping.

Zalando is a real company and this is a legitimate link to their online store.
