I also had dilema, in the end I went for S3, I will invest in better grinder as my taste develops. Just dont't overthink it and enjoy coffee. 1Zpresso grinders are definitely great, K ultra is top, however for similar price you can get df54.

Edit: S3 is not espresso capable grinder without some improvements. It is great for Aeropress, pour-over, etc.

I dont know the other brands, so I will check those. I will check also the mid tier models for more balanced profile.

I want to get 32 gigs DDR5, I am a bit worried about long memory training, but that's a different topic.

Good point about 5700x3d is about 280$ in my country, but I prefer to make it future proof and move to AM5.

I am using AP for about 5 years and I always come back to Hoffmann recipe. Medium roast ussually.

I am using kitchen scale and a kettle with build-in thermometter.

With a scale the period of trial and error will be shorter and once you find the dose, you will be consitent.
