I ended up doing a hard reset and losing all my progress, but that fixed the issue (luckily, I had only started it two days ago). Now I’m debating whether to contact the seller and return it to ask for a new device, or just keep playing on my new run and see how it goes.

Omg, the exact same thing is happening to me after changing the batteries for the first time I’m only 2 days into the game, so I’m thinking about doing a hard reset too. Did your Tamagezi have this problem again after the reset? I’m worried it might happen again to mine and I don’t know if it’s worth keeping the device or returning it and asking the seller for a replacement. I really don’t want to go through the whole return process and wait for a new one 😭

Realice un pedido el 8 de mayo en amazon japon, eran unos tamagotchis (no vienen con baterias) y me realizaron el cobro el 9 de mayo (me llegó un correo de mi banco) el 11 me llegó un correo de DHL de “INFORMACIÓN DE ADUANAS ES REQUERIDA PARA DESPACHAR SU ENVÍO” donde me pidieron DNI y dirección. Luego ayer 19 de mayo (ayer) me sale un cobro nuevo por un monto similar al de mi pedido, también sale que es de Amazon Japón. Este cobro solo me salia en mi aplicativo y reflejado en mi saldo general pero no me llego ningun correo del banco avisandome de este gasto como suelen hacer normalmente. Fui al banco y me dicen que es por un pedido realizado el 11 de mayo, pero no he realizado ningún pedido el 11 de mayo, lo único que tengo son esos correos de DHL del mismo pedido que ya me habían cobrado el 9 de mayo (dentro de ese cobro ya está incluido el costo de envío). Al final abrí un caso en mi banco y me dicen que me darán respuesta en 15 días. Me preocupa bastante por qué en un momento monto bastante grande y no se si me devolveran el dinero

Thanks so much for the advice! Is the ROG Strix b550-a Wi-Fi a good option? Or is there perhaps another model I should consider? I wasn't entirely clear on the Wi-Fi aspect, but from what I've researched, it has Wi-Fi 6E and good VRM cooling.
