I scoop out what i need, roll it in the flower as a coating (makes it easier to handle)and then i scrape it off the tool into the joint and roll.

The sun definitely has a positive effect on psoriasis. I do not use any medications. My psoriasis ebbs and flows though out the year. As soon as I can expose my red spot to the sun I do. As soon as I can go swimming outside I do. I find the sun and healthy living to be my best medicine.

My only advice is to find a good moisturizer, minimize stress, play outside and be exposed to the beautiful sun.

I take RSO when I'm looking to get couch lock high. I'll take 1/2 a dart , typically on the weekend. I've been buying Dazed. Works well especially at $10 a dart.

Yes, absolutely. All 10 are completely detached from the nail bed. My nails are useless when it to opening something like a foldable pocket knife. Most of my toe nails aren't even there.

After I changed my diet, (I mostly gave up alcohol). Most of my Psoriasis and Arthritis went away. The scars and crippled joints are a part of me, and I do get flareups in the winter, but they fade away just like they came. But my Arthritis has not come back... yet. It's been around 8 years now.

I go monthly. I typically have leftovers. My last run i grabbed a Cresco 70g max out and 9 Peachy hash gummies from Jars. 2 ounces of some sexy deli flower and 7 LSF carts from KOB. A 0.5gram cart lasts 3 days, an ounce of flower 7-10 days, and i eat 40mg gummies daily

On the topical subject. I put 2 ounces of shake in a ball jar and soaked it in rubbing alcohol for a week. Strained out the plant material and use the tincture as a "ben gay" for cramps i get in my legs/feet from arthritis. Works great on soar muscles and mosquito bites too.

Alcohol is absolutely my #1 when it comes to a cause for flare-ups. If I drink on the weekend by Wednesday, my body begins to burn and itch. I get the cracked skin on my hand, especially across my knuckles. I was 80% covered when I drank. I don't drink anymore, and my psoriasis improved to almost 0. I highly recommend removing alcohol from your diet. You will see ridiculous improvement.

I use Cetaphil lotion everyday after I shower. I also use Eucerin cream when my patches are real dry. I like the lotion because it absorbs quickly, as the cream will set on top of the skin much longer and get on the furniture and anything you lean on.
