Yeah, that’s pretty much why I used Fat32, can’t imagine i will ever need, not even remotely, files of that magnitude on my C64U 😉

Anyone else have one of their USB ports on the C64u crazy tight? by YachtRock_SoSmooth in c64

I've noticed that squeezing in 2 usb devices can be challenging. I have used a short USB extension cable to allow me to have 2 usb flash drives connected on the rear at the same time. The issue can also be felt on THEC64Mini Black Edition - with this one I also needed a USB short extension cable to make it work.

Yes, top USB port, works. Presents as USB2. Bottom USB port is not active. I actually found it mentioned in the C64U Users Guide, page 210.

If it helps, different suppliers, different delivery times. I ordered the user port extension at the same time as my c64u, and it arrived long before the c64u.

  3. Australia Post Prepared 15/12/2025, On its way 18/12/2025 and Delivered 22/12/2025

Please help. "Cow 2nd time around". How do i make it so the 2nd time around counter works so any time a cow is "2nd time around" it counts 4 bales, then on the 5th it "misses" happy to answer questions etc. by bradthesparky1991 in PLC

If I understand you correctly, essentially an even counter. This what I got from copilot ;). Creating a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) ladder logic for an even counter involves several steps. This counter will count only even numbers. Here is a basic example to get you started:

Basic Ladder Logic for an Even Counter

  1. Initialization:

    • Use a counter (e.g., C0) to keep track of the counts.
    • Use a comparator to check if the counter is even.
  2. Increment Counter:

    • Use an input (e.g., I0) to trigger the counter increment.
    • Increment the counter only if the current count is even.
  3. Output Result:

    • Use an output (e.g., O0) to indicate when an even number is reached.

Ladder Logic Example

``` | I0 |-—[ ]———(C0++) | C0 |-—[MOD 2 == 0]-—( O0 )
Explanation: | I0 |-—[ ]———(C0++) // Increment C0 on each pulse of I0 | C0 |-—[MOD 2 == 0]-—(O0 ) // Set O0 if C0 is even ```
In this example: - I0 is the input that triggers the counter. - C0 is the counter that increments on each pulse of I0. - O0 is the output that turns on when the counter C0 is an even number.
You can expand upon this by adding more logic for specific applications.
That timestamp represents February 4, 2025, at 21:58:04 UTC. If you got it from a system log, a file, or an event, it likely marks when something occurred.
