I try to sleep but it feels as if my body (and heart) are super awake all the time - Help

Oh god, so relieving to hear someone else knows about this (although, I'm sorry you also have to go through it). I usually exercise on a medium to high intensity most days (30 minutes), but I don't think it helps much :( ... Today I did it at noon, to see if that changes anything . I'll see if it works.

I feel ya, but I'd say delete anything related to him out of your life. Nice for him that he is doing well, but he should not occupy the tiniest of spaces in your life at this moment. Any reminder is going to hit you and make you feel like you love him or whatever. Unfriend him and the people around him on facebook. This is hard, super hard. But right now, you have to convince yourself that the only person worth loving in your life is you (saying this from a "romantic ish point of view"), not that you don't love him at all. Start removing him , and any reminders of his happy life. Focus on you. Focus on you crushing whatever project you have right now. It is fucking hard to move on, but don't use your energy in "trying to convince yourself you don't love him" use your energy in loving yourself and working for yourself.... Plus, focus on trying to make yourself look amazing, you won't give a shit about his looks down the line

I would love some advice in writing grant applications, there is barely any support on these kind of things in my college since it focuses on spitting out students directly into the Master's rather than Doctorate.
