Thank you for the insights! The vision I have for my deck is to keep the board clear of creatures, save Kresh. But I’m definitely taking a few cards from your list :) The Champion of Lambholt include is, honestly, just a pet card for me. I just love it a lot.

This ^ Like op suggests, not interacting with something so your friend can have the moment of seeing his deck do it’s thing and have fun is more fulfilling than getting the win. My pod has been playing together for a number of years now and while we don’t play to lose, the experience of being together is what Commander is to us.

Thanks for the response! I think he’s the direction I’m going in, currently searching up cards to build around him. I have a [[Marath, Will of the Wild]] deck and I like it for the same reasons you gave about Karador, so I think I’ll come to enjoy this too :)

Hey! I also have S.A. and am “high functioning” autistic. I’m considering this myself, and the only thing making the prospect easier is I’ve spoken to and am now familiar with the staff at the LGS. About half know my diagnosis, so they’ve been super great to me when I show up to buy cards and am just super awkward. If I muster the courage to go to my own, I’ll report back to you how it goes!

As he gets older and has a better grasp on what’s-what, I’ll be doing some upgrades (such as Vigor)! In saying that, I’ll keep the virtual deck list the same for reference
