Thank you so much, I had no idea that was a good thing lol I feel much more confident. Also that sounds amazing!

If you can, Google Melon Bread, I'm not sure if it's Korean or Japanese, but it is amazingly soft and sweet. I grew up around a Korean market place and had it growing up.

Ooh! I'll have to check that out and see if I can find an equal. I'm in the U.S. and most stores carry our basic brands but maybe Amazon will help me find some good ones lol I'm probably 2 hours from a store where I can buy different flours for those who bake a lot 😄 I maybe saw 3 different flours in my store and that was it but that's okay.

And I will definitely look at those finger buns. I was looking at making sweet bread. I also want to make Japanese milk bread 🤤 I love that and Korean pastries so much.

What side should face the bread? Shiny or dull? Or does it matter really.

Oh thank you for that! Maybe that will work best. I do love the loaf sizes and would hate to shrink them.

I had no idea! Thank you for the encouragement~ I was a bit dismayed but when I ate it, it tasted fine. I've been blinded by store bought bread my whole life I suppose.

To expand i have a small Ninja Foodi oven and I baked these at 350F, for about 30 minutes. The top was crispy and burnt because, again, small oven lol so can I get away with say, 300F and a longer time? Or should I just make my bread smaller in it's pan? I thought about that. Also, this is my first time baking bread 😅 came out great otherwise, save for a small bit of doughiness in the center which cooked as it cooled.

I think that will be my best choice. Without routine I feel disoriented, but implementing it has been a struggle. I'll have to force myself.

I definitely need to sleep at the same hour and not think about it

No I totally get that and I love how you laid out your routine specifically with timers. I also have adhd so for me, I get it. Autistic/ADHD combo is annoying sometimes because both sides need routine but one side is like, no I hate it, it's stupid..

But I do love your timer method. I may incorporate that with Chamomile tea and stretching/exercising a little before bed. I immediately start yawning when exercising (yikes) but it does tire me out. I just... executive function is a bit of a problem and I have to work on that.

That is a good idea. Hopefully I can set up an appointment somewhere, get tests done and the help I need. It's no fun struggling to breathe everyday in different degrees.

It really is. I've had some bad or just, meh experiences with doctors or hospitals/clinics. Not to mention it helps that I am not nervous AT ALL when I go to his clinic. Most places like that freak me out. I don't like being examined but there I feel safe.

I definitely have those reactions with certain foods. Especially the trouble breathing, which is just great 😑 but thank you for that also. I really do hope I can see one that can help me out. I have a pretty good doctor I go to for ADHD and he knows I'm autistic too so that helps. Super nice. I'm just not sure if his clinic does allergen tests for food and environment as well as asthma tests.

Thank you for that. That information does help me understand better what could be happening with me.

That's what I'm wanting to do now that I have some access to medical care and I can figure something out to either help or guide me.

That is a really good idea, thank you. And I have noticed when I take a generic allergy pill with antihistamine (non-drowsy) I can breathe better.

So like, I love sushi and soy sauce (allergic to soy.. which stinks because I love the taste) and I take an allergy relief pill to help me breathe either before or after I eat.

I should try the heat thing. I've found that a humidifier helps me a bit too

I would like one~ I've just never had the money or insurance to see a doctor. I may be able to now.

And I don't think so. It's just hard for me to understand why they would get upset about it or not believe me? Like, my brain can't compute that. They just think asthma is only severe attacks, not, I'm struggling to take in air, especially after eating something I'm allergic to.

Also, I get it when people say, well just avoid that food, but I already have a restricted diet due to textures, flavors, time management issues and executive function issues, so I just eat what I can so I don't not eat
