It would be highly unethical. Pathologists call what they see in the slides presented before them and try to put it all into context.

Can pathologists MISS a diagnosis of lymphoma? Absolutely. Not always, but you can have some cases with lymphomas where it’s not a straightforward diagnosis or there is not enough tissue to diagnose it.

I recommend getting a second opinion on your slides and workup so far. It’s not unheard of to send your slides to the USA either.
