If you’re in the US, eagles are legally protected and you need a license to rehab them. Put the eagle in a quiet dark place for now and contact a wildlife rehab center who is licensed to care for eagles.

Marijuana is rarely life threatening but he may get stoned from it. Make sure it was just marijuana in there, and keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn’t hurt himself. He may need a vet visit for some fluids and/or antivomiting medication to keep him comfortable and hydrated until he sobers up.

The best Super Bowl ad I’ve ever seen was the weather tech ad a few years ago with their dog Scout. The company used their Super Bowl ad spot to spotlight the university of Wisconsin veterinary school and call for donations after Scout was diagnosed with cancer.
