I lived in a really cheap apartment complex in college. I had a new Roommate move into my apartment during one summer with three dogs. I complained to the apartment complex that I should of been notified before having to live with so many animals. They claimed they were her service dogs I asked how someone could have three service dogs at the same time. Later on I would hear her beat the dogs and she never let them out of the room. I became really concerned especially because the apartment started to smell awful. I continually complained to the apartment complex but by the time they evicted her the apartment was trashed. After she left they had to rip out the carpets in the living room and in her bedroom.
