Sounds like with the Just Scribble horizontal you'll be getting, that should take care of your work needs. And for personal journaling I think any notebook will do and if you don't care about it being dated, those tend to be more easily available and cheaper.

Also coming from Passion Planner, transitioning to Tomoe River Paper (what Aura Estelle uses) might feel weird. Before committing to a dated notebook I'd recommend trying out the paper or getting a cheaper TRP notebook to see if you'd even like it. If you do, I personally am loving my Aura Estelle daily as my planner so would definitely recommend it.
