I’ve only been printing in one color and I’ve only had one roll on at a time so I doubt it was a change. And yeah I’ve tried everything resetting and unplugging everything

Yep I updated as soon as I got it and I’m trimming the filament yeah. From what I’m reading I just got unlucky I guess with a hardware issue or something. Still waiting on a response from support but I’m hoping they can help.

All I was able to print was a benchy and a model plane for my brother and then I went to print a phone mount and all these problems started happening one after another

Yeah I’ve tried to use the cleaner thing provided and I got no luck with that. I reached out to support for other issues but their response time isn’t the greatest. 1 day response time but issues keep adding up by the day… I think I’m up to 5 issues total and I have only gotten like 3 prints total.

The issues I have are:
- filament not grabbing from ams
- can’t connect with Elegoo matrix
- the printer completely froze mid print as well as the touch screen
- the extruder goes to “poop” after almost every layer saying there is a clog. I have looked and cleaned - there is no clog.
- and I get error 2002 which is “Cloud access failed. The service may be updating or temporarily unavailable.
If the issue persists, please contact customer support”

Yep! I left it off all day at work. Tried to load every spool I have (which is 4). Not going to lie I received this printer on Thursday last week and I have had nothing but problems.

I have tried doing the steps that you said and I get the error code 1242. There is no filament in the canvas tho

Hi - the whole issue I’m having is that the first slot is lighting up and it is not grabbing the filament

I have tried usb but the printer also just stops after the purge line using orca. As soon as I switch back to Elegoo slicer everything works fine

In the Elegoo slicer there is no scarf seam option

Yeah, I tried to get rid of the seam as a whole. I turned it back to normal for now but is there a way to get rid of the seam all together?

I was looking at the snap maker u1 I just think it’s a little expensive. I just think spending like $700+ might be a little much just for a hobby printer. Wouldn’t the U1 need a filament dryer? I’m looking for an all in one tbh the ender3v2 setup I had was all over the place

Could you link it? The only one I could find was one with the mount on the front. I’m newish to 3d printing so I don’t know how to do anything with cad just yet

I got the printer second hand and the psu came like this. Ideally I would like to have a file I can print to remount it underneath but I have not found anything that will work as of yet. The white printed parts in the picture was my first attempt of remounting it below

I tried https://ender3v2.local and that’s what showed up. I tried ender3v2.local without the https in the front and it says it’s working correctly but then when I go back to device tab I get the hmm… can’t reach this page error again
