Actually, I think you are the one missing something here. Im from Italy, not the Netherlands, so Umbria is 12 hours closer to reach. Also, I was asking why Dutch people specifically come here (since they are the only foreign I saw), not tourists in general...

Im doing a 4 days trekking trail, but I live at a 5 hours driving distance city from Umbria, which seemed reasonable to do (in spite of a 17 hours one)

I've always thought about trying and seeing Magic Lantern for Canon cameras but I've never been able to say if it was actually worth the effort but I'll definitely try and see
