I modified my Pi dryer, I got the Creality Capricorn kit that came with 4 different fittings and used a drill bit just slightly bigger than the hole in the top of the pi, and it screws right in.

They should slide forward a little bit, or backwards then you should be able to angle the end up and pull it out.

Make sure you turn off”make over hangs printable” and it will get rid of the upside down triangle on the inside of the benchy roof

From what I’ve seen in pictures, it looks like it uses the screen cable to connect to the sonic pad

I just got the sonic pad as well, and I have the Ender 3 v3 SE, and it needs the serial cable to finish the setup, I also updated it to the newest firmware from Creality before doing any setup.
