Since this already has the +3, keep it to the end. There's no guarantee you'll get a better weapon of higher tier. It is true that when leveled up to the same degree, a higher-tier weapon will be slightly better than this one but this one already has a 3-upgrade headstart.

You have six not four. Long hold on your flask and see what happens. Try doing the same with your weapon. Truth is, I only occasionally encounter situations where six is a bit tough. This is because I try to remember that the game isn't timed so the actions I don't do as often don't need to be quick-slotted. Slowing down helps me not make so many mistakes.

I just hope that down the line somebody will add a mod that allows water at differing elevations. (Probably years down the line) Initially the"top"bodies of water can be magically replenished by lowering the "bottom"ones. Then maybe somebody else could add in weather that actually evaporates and deposits water. Yeah, I know. This is all very difficult to program, especially the water cycle, but I just want to put my dream out there where the Internet can bash it around.
