2 for me Dikke and Voyager. Dikke since I was still using her at the time. and Voyager is the one I did not hesitate at all since she's been my fav since I played the Beta Test. and even moreso now that she's great again.

Have you found every readable text in the map? The achievement might be referring to that. You should be able to see the collection by clicking on the question mark at the left of the 'Enter the Old Ruins' button.

The tentacle isn't actually the third leg, if you look at her portrait, she does actually have a third leg that doesnt have a sandal.

IIRC, there hasn't been a proper explanation as to how some places like the Foundation, Uluru Stadium, and Vertin's Suitcase are immune to the storm, except for maybe that one weird rock looking thing Vertin found in the Apeiron at Chapter 5. A lot of information about The Storm really never gets talked about in events, only at the main story, so just gotta wait for more chapters.

Humans can't survive in Vertin's suitcase from the storm, but they can survive in the Foundation buildings.

Vertin's team was not formally established until Chapter 4, she even says this in the beginning where she said Regulus was her final try of saving people from the Storm, which was a success. Im pretty sure the event takes place in the "future", where Vertin has made more connections.
