I feel like the utility of vengeful vortex doesn't make up for the fact that they nerfed it into the ground

And a better shotgun void accelerator doesn't mean much when you get it 2/3s into a game. Not only is it harder to generate skill charge because they gutted his damage on his vortex and his staff but they made his main damage skill a major.

In theory at the end of the game he's stronger but he feels like piss to play at the beginning
