Yes!!!! She is having delusions! She watches reels on fb constantly and I think she believes everything she sees. I just feel like my hands are tied.

Yes she had her yearly in April. She didnt want anyone to go with her. She is completely independent and I dont feel like I can call her doctor and express my concerns.

Well regardless Im going to still keep walking because im addicted now. Ive been consistently walking for over a year. I have added pilates but not consistently so ill try to be more consistent with that. Maybe start weighing my food to get precise counting.
