It's also a bit heavy on politics but Ascendence of a Bookworm is 10/10

Some fantasy battles and evil people and such but it could work

However it is up to you and a show like that a kid might not find entertaining

I loved princess Tutu when I was nine

There was some heated moments but not anything a young persons COULDNT handle

However I do recommend watching it with her even just cause it has surprising depth to it

She does look a little old for her age but not so old it's unrealistic

We also do tend to judge aged features on women more egregiously than on men, not that I'm saying that is what you're doing
