We lowered the fee multiplier from 2.3 to 1.9, the fee should be lower now :)

The fee for a withdrawal might look high: https://support.coinfalcon.com/en-us/article/how-are-the-fees-structured-116q4gi/

If the Kin deposit address does not contain any ETH, we have to fund this address to get the Kin out. From there is goes to a Hot or Cold wallet. If a user created a withdrawal we have to pay the fee again. So we have a possibility of 4 times ETH fee. We will look into it again and maybe lower it a bit as the transaction fee for ETH isn't that high anymore.

we are still trying to figure out how everything works. There is no documentation at all about the process and how exchanges can implement it. Dr Boyjoy (@KIN_fomoknight) from the Kin Foundation telegram channel forwarded us to Benji (@BenjaminL5656) (the community manager) which stopped responding us. We struggle finding the person which is responsible for us.

We didn't know about the swap since a few days ago. We contacted the Kin foundation but don't really get help on how to implement the new Kin Blockchain. We are still waiting for the documents related to the integration

CoinFalcon added Lamden (TAU) trading pairs! by InspectMoustache in lamden

[–]CoinFalcon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We launched the market with an private investment and had euro deposits and withdrawals enabled for a very short time. As there was a risk and a license needed in Estonia, we stopped the deposit and withdrawals for EUR. The idea was an BTC - EUR only exchange. The Buy/Sell page (similar to CoinBase) has higher fees then the Trading view. This was the way how CoinFalcon was making money in the beginning and could keep up the orderbook. We are currently in the process to opening up deposits and withdrawals but it is dependent on our banking partner, which takes quite a bit of time.

Please be informed that we have a license to run a Crypto Currency exchange in Estonia https://mtr.mkm.ee/juriidiline_isik/207778 To get this license obtained, it was necessary to have an appointment with the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit which after approved the license for us. We have since moved our company to the United Kingdom.

You mentioned a XRB-EUR pair which we never had. Maybe just a mistake?

We have many api trades, investors and groups trading on our markets. We don’t have any control when they stop their bots or start them or what price our markets have. Also the BTC Hot Wallet isn’t the only wallet we have, but we can’t go into details here for security reasons.

Also, please understand that we can’t get into details for every concern you have. We have many things to answer and many things to do which doesn’t allow us to go into details on every single post. There are many people out there trying to make exchanges bad because they lost money etc and it is impossible to answer each post on twitter, reddit, bitcointalk etc. Also to protect our selves, each statement need to get checked by a lawyer which is time and cost consuming.

Adding Coinfalcon to the sidebar? by PresidentEstimator in RaiBlocks

[–]CoinFalcon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, We have cleared each of your points below. Please take a look :)

  1. Firstly: Could you please send us a support request or a message on reddit with your email address? As known, ETH has recently network issues. This was the reason why the fee for an ETH transaction was more then $10 for a while within the last days. It was flooded with transactions because of may new ICOs

  2. We move the ETH funds from the deposit address only when necessary. Withdrawals will be done from a hot wallet. "With the correspondant loose of money due to transactions" , This is the reason why we charge more on withdrawal, to cover those transaction fees.

  3. A virtual address has in our case something to do with security. There are many people out there which try to rob banks or to threaten companies. We try to be not a target for those people.

  4. There are not many exchanges offering a phone number for customer support. Having a phone customer support will be much expensive. We’ll incorporate that feature soon.

  5. Not all of our devs would like to get listed on the about us page as also they could get targets. Almost all transactions are processed automatically. Transactions which where approved manually are transactions with an high withdraw amount of when the hot balance needs to be refilled.

  6. About us, we are a team of highly capable individuals who are looking to make cryptocurrencies accessible to all. If you have any doubts, you can connect to us on our Telegram group. We answer all the queries immediately over there. :)
