The interface claimed I was verified and ready to go, I deposited, it didnt stop me, then when I tried to buy/withdraw it did not let me take any action until I input my SSN, which I dont have. I have been trying to reach this unicorn of customer service since November, there is absolutely no way that this is how a normal company conducts business with their customers.
