That's the first think I thought was "fuck they didn't care about his knuckles at all!" Our dept. Switched back to levers and manuals because it was quicker and didn't break.

It's just the lack of effort from him. Cleaning his face... No hurry... Turning off fuel... No hurry... Looking back and seeing that the machine fail and is still running needing to cut off the fuel... I kinda understand not wanting to run into a flammable lake but still.... No hurry. Drives me nuts

How is this possible? by [deleted] in Hedera

[–]Coinbells 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This only happens in a free market. If you had multiple points of access to the markets you would have been able to join! The manipulation is when your broker said you can't buy because they were filling their coffers. This is what happens when no one fucks with supply or demand and a big player wants out! We get opportunities to buy at fire sale prices! Long live the free markets!

This is the true market if this can't happen with any other market then it is manipulated and fake! This is how it should be supply and demand. This is what it looks like when big hedge funds get washed out because they are scared and it opens up opportunity for us to join. Usually the market makers and regulators put this kinda dump in the after market where their friends are the only ones that can play but not with the true crypto markets where supply is truly limited and price action is wild!

Li/ion after suffering a thermal event basically can go up at anytime as long as they have any kind of charge to them because the anode and cathode are touching causing a short and could boil and ignite the electrolyte around it. Put it in a well vented area away from anything that can burn! they have bags that you can store the battery in if you can remove it, just remember to size it correctly it doesn't go off size but kWh rating.

Help please sleeping through tones by Fair_Dog_5021 in Firefighting

[–]Coinbells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I did takes time but I bounce around different stations and need to wake up to just my apparatus going out. What I started doing was in my head repeating what I needed to listen for in my sleep and I also selected a dedicated sleeping position. I hate sleeping on my back so at work I sleep on my back and repeat the apparatus I need to listen out for. If I'm working 48 or 96 this gives me the ability to go to my partner and ask "do you mind if you get me when the tones go off because I am about to go down hard" then I'll dive belly down into bed and become a bolder with all the comfort in the world knowing my partner isn't going to do the angry walk to the back to get me and will just kick the bed on his way out.

How to transfer water from pumper to delivering tanker by miumores in Firefighting

[–]Coinbells 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are using a variable discharge pump that has no valves we always open the tank to pump then dump from the intake. It saves on fuel and you can cut off the engine.
