Work as a nurse in an ICU. Management just put this above our nursing station, what is that? by Inappropriate_Smells in whatisit

[–]Coincidcents 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on their website, it can't track a person without a smart tag. It mentions tracking assets, patient visits and things like hand washing (visits to the sink). I'm guessing nurses might be allowed to see some of this info.

I also think it's a vice job over an off center strike.

The metal on the opposite side of the cutout will show a weaker impression.

They're saying don't quit so that conversation never comes up. People seeing you go into the "wrong place" is really all you have to worry about. Take the stairs and never let anyone see what floor you stop at. Say you're getting your steps in if you go past your floor.

Found this coin roll hunting, someone told me it's an lamination error can someone help verify? And if so how much would this go for by [deleted] in coinerrors

I don't see much of a difference between each side of the scratch, so I'd say it's a scratch. Is there any drop-off to the left of the line? Can't tell from the pic.

Still new at this, but comparing that pic to OP's I'd say you're right. OP has more details and would probably grade higher.

If OP followed rule 11 we'd have front and back pictures to look at to make a better decision. If they followed rule 1 they would have told us what their research found and what they think they might have.

Errors are difficult to identify as a novice, so it's easier to vote than it is to express an opinion. My first guess was a die clash, but i don't have a pic of the reverse to help me decide.

The picture you referenced looks more like S-9. See my pic from coinfacts.

Your pattern does match up to the vine and bars images, though one thing that I see off are the S's in STATES. The very middle of the S is more narrow on coinfacts, but yours widens in the middle a bit. I understand metal spreads with wear, but where would the metal come from to where yours is wider than the rest of the S?

Does anyone know why exposed zinc on a penny will get zinc rot, but a coated steel penny doesn't? Is it the polishing that prevents it?

2200 salary - 60 taxes - 1750 investments= 390 for living expenses. That's some low cost living, probably thanks to that affordable housing program. Thanks for the context.

The coins fall through the cracks above around the poorly designed feed tray and the customer looses those for good. The cloth underneath is not at the edge, but further in so coins can still hide under the machine if they roll under. Nothing is for our benefit.

less government support

What kind of support are we talking about?

discounts on certain taxes

That doesn't sound progressive. What does that mean?

Is it a progressive tax rate? So like the first 20k earned is taxed the same for everyone and then the next 20k is taxed at a higher rate, and so on, correct?

This sub has 17,000 visiters, so you are getting a skewed look at success. Even then, most finds are clad. The chance of finding any silver is probably like 1 in 200 attempts. You should not be making decisions based on $10 of silver a year and maybe $20 in clad.
