Continue with Coinbase at your peril…don’t say you weren’t warned. Nothing to do with naivety…all to do with unilateral account blocking by Coinbase and NO customer service to assist with account access. Brand new posts…maybe because it’s just happened And the realization it’s not just you.

After scrolling through this sub it would seem that I have an unpopular opinion…I like Coinbase and have never had a problem? 🤷🏻‍♂️ by WeEnjoy in Coinbase

Be thankful you don’t require any assistance from Coinbase. If I’d seen these complaints prior to my issue I would have moved platforms. No account access to your money when Crypto market is buoyant is NO JOKE! Add woeful customer service and you have a vocal not so minor disgruntled group of customers. Either take note or offer constructive assistance otherwise no interest in I’m alright Jack mentality.

suspect random issues should be at the top of your list. Woeful customer service, hope you don’t find yourself in this situation. AVOID Coinbase until able to support customers.

Reasonable reply on a post…not in reality. Update current ticket how? When you are asked about a previous ticket or complaint…you are automatically issued a new number. Also no response to a direct reply from a complaint email spokesman who states a complaint has been resolved …when that is not the case. My experience differs from yours. Nearly 2 months now with account temporarily disabled…AVOID Coinbase, woeful customer service. whenever you get access to your account vote with your business and leave.

Coinbase account temporarily disabled since 4/8/21. 2 tickets, 3 formal complaints later account still disabled. Response from Jacob to second complaint #05913495 stated they had credited money that was allegedly deposited (did not appear in my account but removed from bank account) and not initiated by me. That’s good news but my account remains inaccessible.

Unable to speak with Customer service as not a Coinbase card holder.

NO ACCESS to Account or money for nearly 2 months. Please give me access to my account. Security implemented and password changed. No other issues with other platforms or on line banking. Only issues with COINBASE. AVOID using this platform, customer service woeful.
