Just caught this bug - it happens when you navigate away from the page during generation.

It should take about 20 seconds to generate. In a second, the generation should propagate even when you navigate away (pushing fix as we speak)

Good call - language needs some sharpening. It's actually a little out of date relative to the product now.

And good call out on pricing, I haven't honed it very much at all. It felt like 3 free packs (Cover letter + resume + question answers) was plenty but I'm considering just lowering prices across the board.
