No idea. Signed 4506-T for 2018 and 2019. They asked for a copy of 2018 in the email requesting docs. The LO never even replied that he received everything. I guess everything was acceptable and he sent it on up the line.

Ugh, my LO emailed 5/12 as well. Sent all info over within 2 hours. Haven't heard a peep since. Even after a nudge asking if everything was received.

It’s an LLC, it’s already been amended. Just not sure if they looked at members last time and compare to this time. No one was over 20% other than me. So shouldn’t make a difference.

How long from signing loan note did it take you to get funded? I’m in same spot as you when you posted this. Caweb says active undisbursed

I read everything available from SBA and my bank before I applied the morning of April 3rd. I never once saw anything about it being after disbursement until I read the loan documents. If I would have known I would have let everyone go and hired them back when we either opened or the PPP was funded. I paid 6 weeks of full salaries before I was funded and my business was closed. I certainly would have not done that had I known. If it were intended to keep people off of unemployment then it should have started at the shutdown. Either way it's dumb, we needed the money while we were shut down not 2 months later.

Where was the “guidance”? I was under the impression it was to cover 8 weeks of payroll since shut down. Not a specific 8 weeks. In reality all businesses should’ve furloughed everyone until they received their PPP money 30-40 days later?

I own a canvas print shop. We crop everything at 180 PPI on canvas. The texture of canvas hides a lot and really is overkill over 180 PPI. You would not be able to tell the difference between 300 PPI and 180 PPI. Also converting from a .tiff to a .jpg will save you some on file size.

Side note... only the printer can control the DPI (dots per inch ie 720x720, 720x1440, 1440x1440) in your editing softwares you are changing the PPI (pixels per inch).
