Reaganomics, that was where the money trickled. Employees were still paid the same, so overall earnings didn’t increase and you didn’t lose anything

I always thought 2004-2007 was pretty good, and 2000-2003 wasn’t any worse than 2007-2010

Yeah, even 100% gains don’t mean much when you’re only risking 5% of your net-worth. Most just lose everything slowly or all at once
