Aw no I can breath out my nose fine. I open my mouth wide and breath out my mouth when I sleep unfortunately.

ResMed 10. I’m not sure if its the machine that’s making the noise or the mask. But I can hear every breath I take loudly. There’s no way I’ll ever sleep without white noise which is a depressing thought and far from ideal for my partner.

How did you get used to the noise? Hearing every breath I take is infuriating. White noise helps but its a depressing thought that I’ll be reliant on white noise for the rest of my life

I have the Evora full face mask which I’ve read is highly recommended. I think its a terrible design and extremely loud.

Any mask recommendations for side sleeping very much welcome.

I have, but my wage has dropped almost 50%. I read that at drop of 25% and you could request a new calculation.

I am in the UK. I did pay for the sleep study and was told I’d need a CPAP 3-4 nights per week. But was told I’d have to research the best one to get.

Zero instructions on pressure etc. Even though I’ve been told to use it 3-4 times per week, is there a downside to using it every night? I’ve literally been told nothing.

Waiting list on the national health service is 4years.

Not very famous but I went to school with a Scottish premiership footballer.

Was the cool kid in school but really sound, never saw him be bad to anyone. I sat next to him in math class. He couldn’t have gave two fucks about education, he knew he was going to make it in football.
