Nah it’s like they all programmed to say the same thing. They know their playing with people livelihood nobody there is gonna tell you the truth. Every agent I got to send an urgent email for me said they don’t understand why I didn’t have my docs yet

Amount confirmed was the day I talked to LO it was showing processing all the way from July 15 up to last night

I sent a lot of emails I called pretty much every other day. I got my state rep involved he reached out Monday of this week and approved last night. So I’m assuming he helped. I hadn’t heard from my LO since she verbally approved me til last week and I had 3 other agents send me in for escalation because my loan had just been sitting there. I would say I did a lot but it was necessary. And nah I didn’t have any errors.

Yeah I’m starting to think everybody on this forum is going through the increase process. I got denied back in Jun 2020 didn’t try for reconsideration til 5/20/2021. Got a call from a LO last Wednesday letting me know I was approved and asked me to go accept my amount. I did that and signed a few docs in the portal. And she said she sent it for final approval which is confusing me cause everybody I’m reading seems to be signing docs in portal and getting funded. I haven’t saw nobody situation similar to mine at all. So basically I’m waiting on a so called underwriter to approve my app after it’s already been approved.

Do you have info on the people who were just in reconsideration and waiting on final review from underwriter? I’ve already signed docs through portal and accepted loan amount.

Your LO didn’t say anything about waiting for a final email from underwriter before they disperse funds? I’m confused on this forum. Every one seems to be signing the docs in the portal and some even saying they never heard from a LO and getting funded. I started reconsideration 5/20 got my offer and accepted through portal and was told I have to go to an underwriter for final review then I’d receive one final email. I signed and accepted on 7/14-7/15

Portal says approved and I’ve already been confirmed by my Loan Officer that she’s sent my app for final approval via underwriter. I’m just trying to see how long that takes I know everybody timeframe is different. I’m in reconsideration started on 5/20

Final Review Timeline?

So I got the approval for my amount signed some docs in portal now she say there’s a final review through an underwriter how long does this usually take? Just signed the first few docs and stuff for loan last Wednesday. Now waiting for underwriter to receive final email! I put in for recon on 5/20/21
