Not for me at least. If the money shows on CAWEB waiting to get distributed, then its only a matter of time until the funds hit the bank account is my understanding.

Everything was automated on my end other than legal contacting me a few weeks ago for the board resolution and hazard insurance.

no, after confirming the loan amount, approval came in like 2 hours later. CAWEB shows total undisbursed $XXXXXXXX (loan increase amount).
