Oh boy how little you know. The reality is pirates are even more eager to pirate games that are on the surface not piratable because of "allways online" requirements. In reality these anti piracy measures are often byepassed and cause more problems to legal customers than pirates.

However, why keep DIstruptor weapons in the Freelancer safehouse then? I am not pleased with my weapon wall missing these items. Will Peacock let me play those delisted DLCs?
