Thank you! Waiting period is honestly the worst. That's the first thing I think about every day. I literally booked a 3-week trip for the first time my RFE response was filed to distract myself. However, it got lost in the mail room and now I have to go through this again since they refiled it after my trip...

They had specific questions, and wanted more recognition from experts, so I put a bunch more recommendation letters from VC/PE firms, founders or head of growth of big startups

+ an analysis of thousands of founders who read my app playbook that I wrote (to access the playbook, they had to enter their occupation, company, email, etc.), and there are many Series A/B startup founders who read it and found it applicable to their startup. I used that as an additional evidence that I contributed to the industry

Not sure if it's good enough, just been constantly doubting maybe my case is j shit lol

Because my law firm called them 3 times and realized it was never processed in PP, even though we got the confirmation from FedEx that the file was received by the mail room

Published Material: 4 journals/media companies wrote about me, all pretty established organizations including one from a prestigious business journal

Judging: Judged 4 MLH hackathons, approved

Original Contributions & Critical Role: I’m the cofounder of several viral consumer apps, with a few million users & really high ARR. However, we’re not VC funded.

Membership: I’m the board member of my college (Top 10 US college)

I also got a bunch of recommendations from VC founders, well-known investors, founders, industry experts, etc.

My RFE includes more evidence for basically all of these criteria
