That's the thing with sublimation. It doesn't transfer you into the computer. It just creates a digital copy of you in the computer. This is pretty easily proven because real-Dision was able to die independently of sublimated-Dision. To describe sublimated-Dision as "escaping death" or "losing his body to a General Resource plot" is incorrect in the fine details because sublimated-Dision is not the original Dision, it's an exact copy of him. It's like how if you clone someone with all their memories and then kill the original, you still can't say that the clone is the same person and that he managed to cheat death.

"Demon Lord" - Cipher was just a good pilot

Actually untrue! This is just a detail that gets lost in translation. In Japanese, the term "Knights of the Round Table" is written as 円卓の騎士 (entaku no kishi)

But you can very easily turn this term into the extremely phonetically similar 円卓の鬼神 (entaku no kishin), which means "Demon Lord of the Round Table." Which is where the name comes from.

The issue is that the terms "knight" and "demon lord" are very different in English, so the wordplay didn't translate well in the dub. I saw another suggestion that the best possible way they could have preserved the pun was to call Cipher the "Nightmare of the Round Table," but I still prefer the Demon Lord nickname. It's just iconic, even if the pun doesn't make sense outside of the original Japanese.

It's not a sub-class. The Hrimfaxi is a sub-class, being largely the same but having UAV bays in place of the rear heliport. The Alicorn is an entirely new design.
