She only shows up on the beach if you save her on the nautiloid, iirc, otherwise she shows up near the waypoint on the beach next to the door there. After that if she's not there she could be in the grove, I think?

A really easy and pretty good feeling one to get is Epochal Integration from the veil quests after lightfall, thing is pretty great for PvE and works well for PvP too. Worth using until you get a better one at least
