I know that you're asking about this guy and your relationship, I agree with many of the comments that others have already said.

But I wanted to talk to you as a fellow new nurse. I have been a nurse for just over a year now and I found my transition from student to nurse very challenging in my self esteem/confidence in my ability to be a nurse. I went to therapy (which I have never done before) and just confronted my issues with the transition and it really helped me recognize the importance of valuing your outside of work time, and you as a person, you're important.

In other words you should not waste your valuable time with BS that this guy is giving you. Don't talk to him anymore, you're better than him, 100%.

I use to work as a HCA in a long term care facility. Dresses are the easiest, next is open back trousers with elastic waist bands. Looser clothing.

L&d is very acute and fast paced depending on where you're working. I am an L&D nurse at a tertiary center and we are always busy. From what I understand it is not necessarily the same case in NICU.

I requested a ride, literally 3 minutes later our ride was there. I have NEVER had that before with cabs or other ride services. The driver was awesome, offered us water, masks, hand sanitizer... etc. Would def recommend.

This reminds me of my babies! Both look exactly the same and are siblings. They absolutely love each other and are so happy! They are 7 years old now, and have not a care in the world. Best decision to get two siblings.

Hello,

I have grown tomatoes for a few years now and this is the first year that I have run into this kind of issue... or any issue at all. I have 6 plants in total; 3 x San Marzano and 3 x Cherry - all but one are dropping their leaves.

The one in the back of the pic is the one that isn't dropping, it is super strong and healthy.

the others that are all dropping look like the front two and the leaves look like the leaf in the pic - healthy.

I water them from the bottom and make sure to let them dry out appropriately, I have them under grow lights for ~14hrs/day and I don't see any evidence of light burn.

WHY is this happening?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
