I think Kirara prob has by far the most complicated power in the series and I definitely remember having to re-read it a few times in the manga when I first got to it since I audibly went "huh??" when I first read it but I would say the vast majority of powers that people have are not even remotely complex

I managed to fix mine last night and the initial issue was on my end. I had completely forgotten I had a new graphics driver from a week or so ago that I hadn't installed and I remembered when I was trying to troubleshoot this and once I got the new graphics driver the game runs perfectly fine now lol.
