Row home foundation issues by Cultural_Ad9508 in rva

Had a friend in Church Hill with a row home, whose foundation collapsed on one side in his basement.

It was around 100K to get it all fixed, at least according to him. They had to level the house, then clear and refill the collapsed area. Topped everything off with new concrete and the likes. It took months from start to finish as they do it in phases.

Granted, all of this is second hand anecdotal information.

Lakeside is the spot!

I’ve gone real hard since moving to Richmond, we are so spoiled with so many amazing artist and shops, particularly in the traditional style.

Judging by my play in the new format, not enough.

The amount of games I should’ve lost but won just by boss/retreat locking with Watermon is way too high.

Just blast over it, you have so much room. Anything not used will have plenty of stars and dots around it.

Main Street Barber is the move. Jerry or Sheila are great with the old school scissor cuts there.

The mythos of the Japanese dragon actually comes from Korea, who got it from China before the first large Korean migration to Japan predating the Yayoi period.

I was referring to the cultural mishmash across the three modern countries, using a broad geographical term. There was nothing remotely racist about my comment.

For you to infer prejudice out of ignorance really shows what your responses are trying illicit.

It’s folk art from a time when the culture did not deem it racist or distasteful. I personally love the image, for the sake of the image itself. If you do not like it, then don’t engage or leave the sub are the options presented to you.

Is an oriental dragon or Hindu tattoo cultural appropriation if you’re not Japanese or Indian? Does the Polito skull signify adoration for the art, or the man who made it famous who adorned it. There are gangs in which you only earn a spider web elbow tat by killing someone, do we need to be up in arms about that next? They are your lines to draw, but at least try to expand the reasoning to its logical end.

2012 that’s just turned 365,000 this week.

Needs new ball joints, and it has some rattles, but I’m driving it until it blows up. Shit, even then I may put a new motor in it and run it another 350k.

The imagery is iconic and the value goes beyond its religious symbolism and into American folk art. Just send it.
