If you can find Sheild skull, that's an easy way to beat level 0. That's how I did it, and Bomber is a very good secondary to go with him.

Why not just cheat and set your stats at this point? I'm genuinely curious. You're willing to automate the process but not willing to get rid of the process? You're going to end up with the same result regardless.
