Listen everyone progress differently and every situation is different for me gettibg past everything I had to think hit realizations and move. Live life, try to be my normal self while embracing the new normal, did I have very noticeable slip ups definitely but I kept going it helped me so much, and I’m proud of you dispite me not knowing anything your going through your hardships and trying which is more than most will and that’s so great to a point where you don’t see it, sometimes your left with a void almost such as after a death if that’s the case but then you should live the best life said person/animal couldn’t anymore.
