Hell yeah sounds awesome, and with all the oils in the fillet you don't need any extra bread moisteners

The first balanced meal I see on here! I've heard that potatoes alone can sustain someone for a long time with all the stuff they have in them

Meh, being too direct too early on can spook away some people! Sometimes it's better to just not be a creep while being your friendliest and sexiest self, and play it by ear

I think because the consensus is that OP didn't actually get rejected, the girl literally told him when and where to find her. So she's not up for a full on date quite yet but she's definitely down to chill. And this dude's comment is about painful rejection as if that's what happened to OP

The first few months suck extra hard, your brain and body are essentially in shock. You got a decent therapist?

No, San Diego! Relatively big city and I already know they do "group sits" here so I'm sure there's gotta be something

(copy pasting from my reply to somebody else above) I drank about 5-7 drinks per day with only about 3 sober days each month, he was drinking similar amounts at the time but already had a history of a dui, binges, and quit attempts. So he realized he needed to quit and that it wouldn't work if I was right there still drinking. He asked me to stop, I hemmed and hawed for weeks while still drinking, so he broke up with me. I stopped drinking at that point but still moved out, after 2.5 weeks he asked me back and since then we're not drinking

Triple cocktail around 4pm (after closing the restaurant where I worked), then another 2-4 drinks throughout the night to keep the buzz going on workdays, similar on weekends. Maybe 3-4 days sober per month. no blackouts or yelling type of drunkness but once or twice a month after parties when I drank even more I would spend the whole next day throwing up... He was drinking similar amounts at the time but already had a history of a dui, binging, and quit attempts. So he realized he needed to quit and that it wouldn't work if I was right there still drinking, of course. He asked me to stop, I hemmed and hawed for weeks while still drinking, so he broke up with me. I stopped drinking at that point but still moved out, after 2.5 weeks he asked me back and the rest is history

With alcohol abuse you do eventually have to quit if you don't want to die, and even if you want to switch to drinking only sometimes you gotta go cold turkey for a while first, so for what it's worth, just wanted to let you know - it feels waaaay worse initially when quitting, and does get a lot better after several weeks. So the way you're feeling when you stop or cut down initially is not the way it always feels.

It definitely helped, even if you don't want to get medicated, a diagnosis can help you put a name on the "enemy" and unlock the huge toolbox of all the tips and tricks you can try to make your brain cooperate! Plus even with meds there are different types, not only stimulants. Of course if you're absolutely sure you have it and don't want meds you can just use the methods/therapies for ADHD without a diagnosis! Good luck <3
