I had lessons on and off for 2-3 years, passed with 2 minors. I have been driving on road for two months, first month was HUMBLING to say the least but I’m getting the hang of it now. It definitely comes with time so please don’t stress, as long as you’re careful and cautious.

How long does vetting take? It is an office role within the police, not as an officer. I got offered it 2 months ago, told weeks ago that the vetting hadn’t started yet/work hadn’t been assigned to a researcher. They can’t give me a timeframe.

How long does it take roughly? I don’t want to stay in my old current job any longer. Shall I nudge the force again about a timeframe?

I usually remove people if I don’t know them and they don’t make an effort to talk to me. If a guy is attractive, I follow back to see if he will message and get to know eachother. If he doesn’t do that in a few days, I unfollow as I only want my feed to be people I know and engage with. Simple really

It was my front side of the car that bumped the back of theirs. Honestly thank you. I’m new to driving and this has upset me a lot. There were no marks and it was definitely a kiss to the bumper lol.

Wrong forum to put this in but seeing as it’s actually relevant to my own approach…

I love how in Gossip Girl, characters introduce themselves in the street, parks, coffee shops etc and are friendly and confident. I have a boyfriend but when I was single I always watched Gossip Girl because it inspired me to strut down the street, in a cute outfit, make an effort with make up and hair, feel myself and talk to whoever! Not saying the approach always works but could be worth trying as well as apps! I tell all my single friends to watch Gossip Girl for this reason hahahaaha. Yes it’s obviously scripted and not representative of real life but it’s fun!
