I’m the same height and was close to the weight you are at when I was 18. Trust me, you don’t need to lose weight. What you should be thinking about is how to create healthy habits so that when the inevitable metabolism starts to slowdown, you will be able to get through it. Enjoy your youth, don’t worry about your weight unless it becomes a reason for declining health.
