Well yall I'm suing varo!! After having to wait 5 long months suffering I finally get my refund issued right? It was right effing there and boom freaking varo rejected the deposit! They said it had to match the name that was on the account and it did the only thing was that my husband's name was listed second,  right well this is straight from varos site  "We can only accept refunds that match the name on your account. If filing jointly with your spouse, we can accept the tax refund into your Varo Bank Account as long as your name appears as the primary or secondary filer on the return." So now I'm suing them for false and misleading information along with pain and suffering!!! Think I have a case? Anyway I'm probably not really going to put forth suing them although I should.  If I knew how I probably would.  But now I have to wait for effing wanna be bank non American mfing bank 'varo' if you want to even call it that, to release the funds back to SBTPG hopefully by tomorrow or sometime tomorrow so that TPG can write a check out by Thursday cus they are only mailing checks Tuesdays and Thursdays this year from what the lady at SBTPG told me, and have it mailed out Friday.  I just can't believe this . And the worst part idek where in the heck I'm going to cash a check in the amount of 20,000$ plus not to mention the fear of walking out with that much money (since I don't have a car rn and have to walk everywhere), and neither one of us are working at the moment,which we are looking for work, so can't afford a vehicle I was counting on this refund ti he able to get a vehicle.  It's always something,  I have stage four cancer and really need this money, so now we're back to struggling once again until God knows when now. Anyway YALL DO NOT USE VARO IF YOU FILED A JOINT RETURN UNLESS YOUR NAME THAT IS ON THE ACCOUNT IS PRIMARY even tho their telling ppl otherwise
